This year, we are dedicating Day 1 to an immersive, deep dive into AI. Moving beyond the hype of hacks and quick tricks, we will explore real AI skills, use cases for commercial painting, and lessons from contractors already leveraging AI. Through hands-on courses and candid discussions with peers, contractors will get a real-time view of how AI is changing our industry as well as what has worked and what hasn’t.
Today, we are excited to add another speaker to this lineup. Marcy Brajkovic is a talent strategist, human resources consultant, organizational change leader, and President of Chatfield Global, LLC. In her session, Primed for the Future: Leadership Habits for the Age of AI, Brajkovic will explore the important role of human leadership in the age of AI.
In this discussion, Brajkovic will discuss the importance of a top-down approach that creates a safe space to raise half-formed ideas, admit uncertainty, or challenge the obvious. From there, she’ll explore how finite and infinite mindsets shape leaders' responses to AI opportunities and how those habits influence culture, adaptability, and long-term success.
